Job Title: Project Manager – Electrical (Power Projects)

Job Summary:
CeCube Engineering India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager – Electrical to handle and execute power projects across South India. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project management, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, cost control, and strong client coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead execution of electrical power projects (Transmission / Distribution / Substation / Solar) across South India
- Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion within budget
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams
- Manage multiple project sites and ensure smooth operations
- Oversee manpower planning, material management, and site progress
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and statutory norms
- Prepare and review:
- BOQ, cost estimation, and billing
- Project schedules (MS Project / Primavera)
- DPR, MIS, and progress reports
- Handle contractual and commercial aspects including client billing and vendor management
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure proper testing, commissioning, and project handover
- Lead and mentor site engineers and project teams
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of power systems (HT/LT, substations, transmission lines)
- Proven experience in multi-location project handling (South India preferred)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Good understanding of contracts, costing, and billing processes
- Familiarity with IS/IEC standards and safety compliance
- Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera / Excel
Qualifications:
- B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering
- MBA/PGDM in Project Management (preferred)
Experience:
- 8–15 years in electrical power projects
- Minimum 3–5 years in Project Manager role
- Prior experience in South India projects is mandatory
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in 132kV / 220kV / 400kV substations or transmission projects
- Exposure to solar / renewable energy projects
- Experience in EPC project execution
