Should have knowledge in Tendering, Estimation and Costing for Various Power Projects:
Review of Tender documents on receipt to ensure its completeness
1 . Organize / take part in bid initiation & review meeting.
3. Ensure that clarifications are raised well in time to get better clarity on bid submission.
4. Co-ordinate & follow-up to ensuring post bid clarifications are addressed.
5. All in-house co-ordination for preparation of bid including follow-up, collection of input from various sub-contractors or 3rd party.
6. Clear understanding of work scope & best estimation with respect to execution of project.
7. Attending site visits and to collect various Local materials rates from market and preparation of site visit reports.
8. Attending pre-bid meeting during pre-bid stage.
9. Responsible to verify detailed MTOs (quantity take-off) from tender documentation.
10. Ensure completeness of Subcontract Enquiry Packages and availability of Subcontract offers well in time.
11. Ensure completeness of vendor Enquiry Packages and availability of offers well in time.
12. Present to Proposals Manager and Head-Tendering for review the Cost Estimate in detail prior to review of the tender.
13. Preparation Tender presentation PPT.
Should have good network of vendors / suppliers / subcontractors.
