Job Description – HR Executive
Responsibilities:
• Support HR team with administrative tasks and daily operations
• Recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, HR round and maintaining candidate records
• Help organize and maintain employee files and HR database
• Aid in onboarding new employees and coordinating orientation sessions
• Payroll processing and benefits administration
• Payroll compliance update & Project compliance
• HR activities/ Employee engagement
• Respond to basic HR-related inquiries from employees
• Organized HR events, training sessions, and meetings
• Prepare and distribute HR-related documents and communications
• Company policies update
Requirements:
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2-5 years of HR or administrative experience preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and HRIS systems
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Basic knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
